今天我們相聚在北京，共商建材行業(yè)碳減排大計，在此我謹代表中國建筑材料聯(lián)合會(huì )，向各位來(lái)賓表示熱烈地歡迎和衷心的感謝！
It is my great pleasure to have all of you with us in Beijing today to discuss the carbon emission reduction plan of the building materials industry. On behalf of China Building Materials Federation, I would like to extend a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the guests!
去年國家主席習近平向全世界作出了爭取2030年前實(shí)現碳達峰、2060年前實(shí)現碳中和的莊嚴承諾。碳達峰、碳中和是一場(chǎng)廣泛而深刻的經(jīng)濟社會(huì )系統性變革，事關(guān)中華民族永續發(fā)展和構建人類(lèi)命運共同體。
Last year, President Xi Jinping made a solemn promise to the world to achieve carbon peak before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. Carbon peak and carbon neutrality is an extensive and profound change in economic and social system, and is related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and the construction of the community with shared future for mankind.
中國建筑材料聯(lián)合會(huì )于今年1月16日率先向建材全行業(yè)發(fā)出了碳達峰、碳中和倡議，并以推進(jìn)雙碳工作為抓手，協(xié)助政府部門(mén)全面開(kāi)展碳減排政策研究，著(zhù)力推動(dòng)建材工業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式、能源結構、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、技術(shù)結構、產(chǎn)品結構的優(yōu)化調整。我們號召全行業(yè)要積極行動(dòng)、主動(dòng)作為，不斷擴大對外開(kāi)放，繼續加強國際合作，力爭提前達峰，為國家現代化發(fā)展騰出排碳空間，為生態(tài)文明建設和構建人類(lèi)命運共同體作出我們應有的貢獻，做負責任的企業(yè)、負責任的行業(yè)。
On January 16th this year, China Building Materials Federation took the lead in proposing the carbon peak and carbon neutrality initiative to the whole building materials industry. We have carried out comprehensive research on carbon emission reduction policy for government departments, aiming to promote the adjustment and optimization of the production mode, energy structure, industrial structure, technical structure and product structure of the building materials industry. We call upon the whole industry to take positive actions, open wider to the outside world, further strengthen international cooperation, and strive to reach the carbon peak ahead, so as to make room for carbon emission in the case of modernization development of China, and make due contributions to the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of a community with shared future for mankind, to be a responsible enterprise and to be a responsible industry.
因此，希望今天參會(huì )的國內外專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者、企業(yè)家，共同探討、交流、分享建材行業(yè)碳減排領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)路徑和最佳案例，助力建筑材料行業(yè)碳減排事業(yè)，我們期待大家的高見(jiàn)！
Therefore, we hope the experts, scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad attending the meeting today will jointly discuss, exchange and share the technical paths and best cases in the field of carbon emission reduction in the building materials industry, and contribute to the great cause of carbon emission reduction of the industry.
